Hospice Care Billings
Callie is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with special interests in illness prevention and chronic disease management. She grew up in Billings, Montana and earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Montana State University in 2006. As a registered nurse, Callie worked in a variety of inpatient, critical care, and primary care settings and found that she enjoyed building sustained relationships with patients, particularly older adults. This inspired her to pursue her doctor of nursing practice from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where she graduated in 2018. Callie values developing personal connections with patients as well as working closely with an interdisciplinary team in delivering care that is tailored to meet each patient’s unique care needs.“I’m grateful for patients allowing me to work with them during a vulnerable time and look forward to helping them navigate the often confusing and intimidating healthcare system. My ultimate goal is to work closely with each individual patient and to develop a care plan that is tailored specifically to their needs.”Callie enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two children. Together they spend their free time hiking, rafting, camping, skiing, biking, and exploring Montana.
