Description
Originally from Morganton, North Carolina Brittany earned an undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies from Montana State University in Billings and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing, University of Wyoming. She continued her education by graduating from Walden University in Wyoming with a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. Brittany has worked as a nurse in various settings including the emergency department, surgical services (perioperative) and most recently as a nurse practitioner in the cardiology department. Her clinical interests include cardiology, electrophysiology and heart failure.“I enjoy making others smile. I want my patients to feel comfortable around me to the point where they feel safe and are open and honest with me.”Brittany comes from a family of caretakers. All three of her older sisters also work in nursing as does her mother. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, hiking and traveling.
