Cardiology Billings
Dr. Joseph C. Apostol earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Missouri – Kansas City 6-year combined BA/MD program. He completed an internal medicine and chief medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He attended a clinical cardiology fellowship at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC, and performed cardiovascular research at Scripps Clinic and The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California. Dr. Apostol finished an interventional cardiology fellowship with The Care Group / Indiana Heart Institute through St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. His clinical interests include comprehensive cardiovascular patient care utilizing diagnostic, interventional, structural, and cardiac rhythm skills and services.“The needs of the patient come first. I am here to listen to their concerns and to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to the best of my ability.” A Missouri native, Dr. Apostol and his family have called Billings, Montana, home since 2006. When not working, he enjoys pickleball, golf, snowboarding, travel, volunteering at church, and watching his son’s sporting events.
