Alana received her undergraduate degree in nursing and Spanish from Montana State University in Bozeman, then began working as a nurse at St. Vincent Healthcare. She went onto complete her master's of Science in Nursing from MSU and received her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012.Making a difference and seeing the impact of her work drew to Alana to the medical profession, and she continues to find it a challenging, rewarding and humbling experience. She loves getting to know each patient to learn what is important to them and discover the best ways to manage their health.A mother of two young children, Alana enjoys camping, hiking, biking, gardening and other outdoor activities. She also looks forward to relaxing by cooking or enjoying a good book.
